I want to cancel my order

Cancellation of your order is not possible before receipt of your parcel.

Your 14-day right of withdrawal begins upon receipt of the goods.

Kiddo-Diapers is not a large company with automated processes, so handling cancellations takes time, which slows down the shipping process for all customers.
If you place an order, it's assumed that you want the products and have the means to buy them.

Nevertheless, you have the right to make a mistake (e.g. selecting the wrong size) and we will be happy to modify your order if it's possible.

How do I delete my account ?

You have the right to change all personal information on the "My Account" page. For any other request you may have regarding the rectification and/or erasure of your personal data, please contact us via our contact page. We will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Do you share my information with third parties?

We respect your privacy and do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except as necessary to process your order.

Do you offer diaper sample packs?

Currently, we do not offer diaper sample packs. We are always looking to expand our offerings, so please check back in the future for updates. Thank you for your interest in our products!

Do you have a physical store location?

We operate exclusively online to offer a wide selection and maintain your privacy. All orders can be placed through our website.

How do I determine the right size for me?

We provide detailed sizing charts on each product page to help you find the perfect fit. If you need further assistance, our customer service team is happy to help.

What is the absorbency level of your diapers?

Our diapers are designed with high absorbency levels suitable for extended wear. Specific absorbency details are available on each product page.

Do you offer reusable or cloth diaper options?

Currently, we focus on high-quality disposable diapers. We continually assess our product offerings and may include reusable options in the future.

Are your disposable diapers latex-free?

Yes, all our products are made from latex-free materials to ensure safety for those with latex sensitivities.

Shipping

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and link to monitor your shipment's progress.

With which carrier is ship my order ?

United States:

We have partnered with FedEx to fulfill a large majority of our orders. 

  • Diaper Orders, specifically 2 bags or more, will almost always go out FedEx Ground.
  • Single Bag orders may ship via USPS depending on location and cost to Kiddo Diapers.
  • Orders under 1 pound will almost always go USPS First Class.
  • APO/FPO orders will ship via USPS first class.

During your checkout, you may be offered additional options, including FedEx Express 2 Day, or FedEx Ground, which may be with an additional cost depending on your location.

  • FedEx Ground

Outside of the United States: 

We have partnered with FedEx for all international orders and fulfillment.

How long will it take to ship my order?

We do our best to ensure orders are prepared and shipped out within two business days. Below you will find an estimate transit map for FedEx Home/Ground delivery. Holidays and extreme weather may cause additional time in transtic.

Do you ship discreetly?

Absolutely Yes!

United States

Our case orders are shipped in the original manufacturer boxes which may contain a SKU number or similar symbols but otherwise have little to no markings. Shipped boxes, labels, and bags will never include words such as "Diapers", "Kiddo Diapers", or words which reveal what the shipment contains . 

  • Diaper orders smaller than a 40 count case will be shipped in generic plain brown boxes.
  • Clothing may be shipped in either FedEx poly bags, plain gray poly bags, or boxes depending on price and location.

Our shipping label says "Fulfillment Center" as the company name. 

International

Our case orders are shipped in the original manufacturer boxes which may contain a SKU number or similar symbols but otherwise have little to no markings. Shipped boxes, labels, and bags will never include words such as "Diapers", "Kiddo Diapers" etc. International orders may require a customs declaration slip that would be located in a enclosed packing slip on the outside of your package.  

Clothing may be shipped in either plain gray poly bags or boxes depending on price and location.

  • Diaper orders smaller than a 40 count case will be shipped in generic plain brown boxes.
  • Clothing may be shipped in either FedEx poly bags, plain gray poly bags, or boxes depending on price and location.

Our shipping label says "Kdo" or "Tyk" as the shipping company.

What should I do if my package is lost or delayed?

If you experience issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the problem promptly.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we ship to addresses within the USA and Canada. We are exploring options to expand our shipping destinations.

Do you deliver to Mexico?

We currently only offer shipping to addresses within the USA and Canada. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and hope to expand our shipping options to include Mexico in the future. Thank you for your understanding!

Payment

Does "Kiddo-Diapers" appear on my bank statement?

No, the name "Kiddo Diapers" does not appear. You will be debited by "DRYBOX SAS." the public name of our company.

What payments method available ?

  • Bank card payments: Visa, Mastercard etc.
  • Paypal 

Can I use my FSA or HSA card for purchases?

At this time, we do not accept FSA (Flexible Spending Account) or HSA (Health Savings Account) cards as payment methods. We are continually evaluating our payment options and hope to support these in the future. Thank you for your interest!

Do you offer a military discount?

Currently, we do not offer a military discount. We appreciate your understanding and hope to provide this benefit in the future. Stay tuned for updates on our promotions and discounts.
