These are actually a great daytime Diaper. They are very thin so they are very discreet but very absorbent.
As someone that wears 24/7, I have worn many different diaper brands. These rate pretty high on my list.
The only negative I can think of is the skinny tapes. They hold well but I wish they were a little wider.
I would definitely recommend these diapers for anyone needing to wear while maintaining an active lifestyle.
Normally I don’t write reviews but I have to say for first time getting my hands on the UK active-fit Ultimas, it’s been an experience. For being medical side versus ABDL side diaper wise, these things have helped me with my day and night incontinence ten-fold. While not the softest interior I’ve felt in my half lifelong diaper wearing career, they absorb a lot. I have severe OAB giving no more than ten seconds notice that an uncontrollable accident is going to happen, control is just not a thing anymore. Boy do these swell as they absorb, being as thin as they are out of the gate, I had my doubts. They are discreet when dry but that discreetness is gone after wetting two or three.
Now for the reason these lost a star. I have not had these leak on me in the traditional it’s too full sense. Instead out of the first pack of the case I bought, it appears the sap granules have gotten “baked” into the back sheet so to speak. As I get to the three wetting or as they swell, it’s just leaking right out the middle section of the back sheet. This has resulted in frontal wetness on my pants, might as well not wear a diaper and let the world know I have no bladder control. I’m hoping this is just a fluke with the pack I’m using as I really want to make these my daily driver since they have done a great job day and night. However when you work in a busy office and your coworkers are your customers…leaking is just not something I want to have to worry about only 2 hours into a shift. If my other packs are good, I’ll update the rating to 5.
