When I first got Kiddo Xtreme diapers almost a year ago, I was disappointed because I was experiencing very rapid leaking issues with them around the leg gathers and problems with absorption speed and them needing to be changed before they were even damp in the backside.
However I ended up learning about the trick with some diapers where you throw a few into the dryer on NO HEAT for 2-3 minutes which fluffs them up a bit. After doing that with Kiddo Xtreme diapers it almost completely resolved the issue and seemed to more than triple their effective absorbency. Now I love coupling them with the 4500 ML boosters as well. First diaper I have found that actually feels like a baby diaper when filled and still holds pretty strong against leaks. No other diaper actually makes me waddle when its full or sags while staying on like these do. It's a unique and to me at least, nice experience.
Ultimately i'd not recommend these to anyone wanting something discreet, or anyone who wants to change every hour or two as that would be a huge waste of these diapers. But if you want something that has a solid chance of even lasting 24 hours without leaks? Toss a few in the dryer on NO HEAT for a few minutes, experiment a tad with tape placement (I had to place the top tapes almost against the very top of the front of the diaper with the lower tapes directly below them) and you will likely find this to be one of if not the best diaper youll ever buy.
Kiddo Xtremes are definitely one of the best adult diapers on the market. They fit perfect, are incredibly comfortable, hold a lot, and they don't cause itching around the waist. Perfect!
These are excellent diapers for heavy incontinence and for reliable overnight protection. The inner lining is very soft and these diapers are very comfortable to wear.
