I bought three items. I had a problem with the XXL pacifier. It would not come apart so I could swap the teats for the rubber ones I also bought from Kiddo. I contacted them FOUR times and never got a response. I used every form of contact they offered to get ahold of them. Their customer service is non existent. They have a 7 days return policy but refuse to respond to issues with their products. Now I'm stuck with a useless pacifier and two rubber teats I can't use because they don't care to make it right. It's a shame, too, because I have bought from this company numerous times. I won't anymore. Just be aware that if you buy something and there is an issue, they won't respond.
